TABATACH Timer is an easy to use app for High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).

It helps you to do Tabata, Crossfit, Kettlebell, Running, Yoga, Cycling or any interval fitness training.
Define your workout intervals (work, rest, cycles ) and create unique, personalized workouts.

Tabatach app good for

I have tried my fair share of tabata timers and this one is worth the price of admission. You will not regret it!
Love being able to use this without my glasses. On top of that its easy to customize your workout. Great app!
Really like the simplicity of this app. The text to speech is great, I can program a workout and it tells me what to do. Also like the integrated music behind the scenes. Would like to see the app add the ability to do a series of exercises as a circuit. Right now if you want to do 10 exercises in a workout, and each exercise 3 times, you have to do that same exercise 3 times in a row before moving to the next exercise. Id love to be able to move from 1 to 10 in order once and then repeat again without having to start the workout all the way over. Ill pay for that upgrade!
Sent some suggestions to the developers. -allow to change default work rest -cloud sharing over multiple owned devices -share workouts w friends -copy and paste intervals for repeated cycles (1 cycle of work rest followed by 1 other excercise the repeat a previous interval) -if only one cycle in an interval no need to announce "cycle 1"
This app is ideal for those of us who like to customize our workouts. I use this app for my yoga, interval running, sprints, tabatas, HIIT and my weight lifting. Its perfect! Love, love, love it.
This is a good app. Ive tried several apps trying to set a high intensity interval walking workout and this was by far the easiest to set. I am not a techie but was able to figure it out. I think it would be a lot better if there was a settings/button icon and it took me a bit to figure out how to navigate the app, but I did end up being successful. The app support is poor. I tried contacting them 5-7 days ago when I had trouble finding settings and navigating the app and have yet to receive a response.

Some bad moments

Clean UI doesnt make up for a lack of finesse in interactions. If like to be able to subdivide an exercise time. This would help call out when I should stop holding a plank and start up down for the second half of the exercise ... Theres also no context for how many exercises I have left and how many sets left in an exercise. A lot to be desired. Focus on UX and research with users please.
I use it everyday for interval training. Great for all types of workouts.
Was looking for an app since my Gymboss broke when I dropped it. This app is perfect. I can save and customize all my workouts and its free. Nice interface and easy to use.
I sometimes have good gym days and bad gym days. This never lets me have a bad day because it doesnt let me stop. Simple and easy, please just add a log in with fb because I lost all my workouts due to phone issues. But app is great.
This app is exactly what Ive been looking for. Extremely simple and your workouts are in perfect order. Fully customizable down to the last second! You waste little time setting things up, as it only takes a couple minutes. Very efficient little app here! I highly recommend it to fitness enthusiasts!!!
Not just an interval timer, but makes it very easy to design work-outs. Too many apps try to do too much. This app is so elegant in its simplicity. Hoping for Apple Watch version and ability to create a new workout by modifying an existing one.
